Current 2023-2024 royalty appearances:
Monday:
● 4-H Horse Show 8:00am-4:00pm
Tuesday:
● Coronation at the PRCA Rodeo, be there at 5:00pm, announcement at 6:00, go to rodeo queen booth after
● Do presentation ride during grand entry of rodeo
● Sign autographs and selling raffle tickets in booth after grand entry 7:45pm-9:00pm
Wednesday:
● Parade at 5:00pm, old, new royalty & contestant riding the trailer
● Signing autographs and selling raffle tickets in the booth 6:00-8:00pm
New 2024-2025 Royalty appearances:
Tuesday:
Coronation at the PRCA Rodeo, be there at 5:00pm, announcement at 6:00, go to rodeo queen booth right after
Wednesday:
7:00 am Royalty Photos with Katie VanDyke Photography at the Fairgrounds
Slack for New Royalty at 9:00 am
Market Animal Show 8:00am-2:00pm
Kids day, Tractor pulls etc. for Farm Bureau (will be happening at the same time as the other events and they may need extra hands if we have any extra girls who can help)
Kids Parade for old, new royalty & all contestants riding on the trailer (Meet in the Stake center parking lot at 5:00 pm)
Rodeo at 7:30pm, need to be there right after the parade
Thursday:
Open Horse show: 8:00am-4:00pm
IJRA top 10 Rodeo Finals be there at 5:00 for grand entry, presentation ride. Rodeo starts at 6:00 pm. (This will be the only rodeo in which the Princess will be horseback for grand entry)
Friday:
Buyer’s Brunch at 9:00am
Market Animal Sale at 10:00am
Saturday:
Parade at 5:00pm
