  • June 6th, 2026 -Mandatory Orientation Clinic starts at 7 am with photos at the Caribou County Fairgrounds in Grace, Idaho, followed by horsemanship orientation with carrying the flag on horseback, after which we will meet in the grandstands and finish with stage orientation.   • June 26th, 2026 -Horsemanship Contest starts at 6 pm at the Caribou County Fairgrounds in Grace, Idaho

  • June 27th, 2026 - Pageant Contest starts at 9:00 am at the Caribou County Fair Event Center in Grace, Idaho

Non-refundable entry fee due by June 6th, 2026 ($10 for Pee-wee, $30 for Princess, $50 for Juniors & Seniors. A $15 dollar late fee will apply to applications and payments submitted after June 6th, we will take applications up until June 21st, 2026)

Age Groups

We have opened the contest to any girl residing in any location as long as she can fulfill her commitments and duties during her reign..

  • Pee-Wee (Ages 0-5 Yrs) Photogenic Contest Only (Please submit digital colored photo via email to cariboucountyrodeoqueen@gmail.com along with application by May 30th. Winner will be announced online the week before Orientation.)

  • Princess (Ages 6-10 Yrs) Horsemanship, Modeling & introduction

  • Junior (Ages 11-15 Yrs) Horsemanship, Modeling, Interview and Speech

  • Senior (Ages 16-21 Yrs) Horsemanship, Modeling, Interview and Speech

Speech Topics

  • Princess (Ages 6-10 Yrs) Introduce yourself (Name, Age, Fun Fact, and your horse’s name ect.)

  • Junior (Ages 11-15 Yrs) Stars, Stripes and Summer Nights (No longer than 1 1/2 minutes, this will be timed)

  • Senior (Ages 16-21 Yrs) Stars, Stripes and Summer Nights (No longer than 1 1/2 minutes, this will be timed)

Prizes

  • Saddle to Senior Queen

  • Category prizes in each age group (Horsemanship, Appearance, Congeniality, Photogenic, Interview, Test)

  • Scholarship to compete at the state level for up to $400 for the Queens who choose to compete at state.

  • Crowns, buckles and sashes for Princess, Junior and Senior Royalty.
